The Children’s Feeding Program
Since January 2012, Sister2Sister International Ministry has been faithfully operating a vital feeding program in Muthithi-Murang’a, a rural community near the slopes of Mt. Kenya. This initiative was born out of a deep need to support hungry, homeless, and vulnerable children who often face each day without the assurance of a single meal.
At the Full Gospel Church we provide a hearty, nutritious meal to approximately 200 children every day. For many of these children, the food we serve is not just a meal — it is their only source of nourishment, hope, and stability in an otherwise uncertain world.
This program exists and continues only through the compassion and generosity of people like you. Every donation makes a direct and tangible impact — feeding a child, restoring strength, and reminding them they are not forgotten.
The Pen Pal Program
Schools in North Carolina have partnered with Sister2Sister International Outreach Ministry to create a heartwarming pen pal program that connects its students with children in Kenya.
Through handwritten letters, drawings, and shared stories, students from both continents build meaningful friendships while gaining a deeper understanding of each other’s cultures and daily lives. This exchange fosters empathy, global awareness, and a sense of connection that reaches far beyond the classroom. For many of the children served by Sister2Sister, receiving a personal letter brings joy, encouragement, and a reminder that someone across the world cares.
